What data we collect

  • Professional contact data (name, company email, phone, organisation) — for communication and quoting.
  • The content of support requests and submitted forms.
  • Minimal technical usage data (access journal: IP, route, status) — for security.
  • Usage statistics via Google Analytics 4, only if you accepted analytics cookies. Details and withdrawal: Cookie policy.

Legal bases

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — commercial outreach.
  • Contract performance / pre-contract measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) — support and delivery.
  • Explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for Open Banking (PSD2).

Your rights

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal — write to contact@cibinno.ro.
  • One-click unsubscribe from any commercial communication.
  • Right to complain to the supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

Retention, processing & security

  • Data is kept until the purpose is met or objection. We build no profiles and make no automated decisions with legal effects.
  • Hosting and storage within the European Economic Area (Microsoft Azure / 365). AI processing is described in the next section.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest, audit journal and GDPR-aligned technical measures.

AI processing in the platform

  • AI features run through an AI gateway that automatically selects the language model suited to each request, by type of task and required capability.
  • Model providers reached through the gateway: Anthropic (Claude models), directly or through Amazon Bedrock (AWS), and Microsoft Azure OpenAI. The providers used for each client are set in the contract and its data processing agreement.
  • Depending on that configuration, AI requests can be processed outside the European Economic Area (Anthropic, United States), under the provider's data processing agreement. For clients who require EU data residency, the gateway is restricted to providers and regions within the European Economic Area.
  • Banking data is NOT sent to external AI models.
